Ow. With the art.

I am a weirdo.

I’m a creative type with a day job. (Good thing!) I’ve done painting, photography, ceramics, sculpture, and performance art.

Before you leave this site, consider what you might be missing. I’m busy posting and digitizing content and you never know what I might have put out there. What ever will you say if you haven’t seen the latest?

I suffer from the affliction creative types have to express themselves. In this space, I visually share the successes and lessons that have gotten me where I am.

Samples of my work

Painting

Color is a universe unto itself. It’s an exciting element to work with.

Ceramics

I’ve enjoyed working with clay for as long as I can remember. I like the effects of wood firing.

Photography/ Performance Art

I’ve used photography to document performance art.

Printmaking

I’ve made lithographs, etchings, aquatints, monoprints, and screen prints.

Sculpture

This includes stonecarving, installations, books.

Shows

Rest assured, I haven’t done anything important. Here are examples where my work was displayed publicly.

About me

I have made some stuff. I’ve done ceramics, printmaking, painting, photography, sculpture and performance art. My output is usually bleak, and talking about hurtful emotional states, which is why it might say “ouch” if it had a cartoon balloon over it. What I’m saying is, don’t invite it to your house party. It’s better to commiserate with when you feel disgruntled.
